Sunny St. George

We were lucky to escape the cold of Providence and head down to St. George for a few days to visit Nate's parents and enjoy some much appreciated sun. We had such a great time being with grandma and grandpa, eating good food, hiking around beautiful Snow Canyon, playing in the sand dunes, playing at the park with some friends, and doing plenty of swimming and hot tubbin'. It was so nice to be warm, to see green grass, and wear ourselves out running around outside. Lola couldn't get enough of swimming and would have worn her swimsuit the whole time if we'd let her. Miles loved eating at the Pirate Pizza place. And Jacks loved being able to wear shorts. . . even if it was still just a bit on the chilly side for summer apparel. We had so much fun with grandma and grandpa and are so grateful for a chance to spend time with them!

The only bad part of St. George? Coming home to 18 inches of winter.

In that cute picture of you and Lola, she looks more and more like you. I can't believe it! What a cute family you have. Allee was wondering where Miles was. It was very traumatic for her to look out the back door and see all of your lights off for a couple of nights in a row!

I can't get over how stinkin cute your kids are! I am jealous you got to enjoy a little bit of sun. I can't wait for winter to be over.
